I shall have you know that they are not trying to take Aegean pilots but the pulots are coming to them. In specific out of 5000 job openings that there were in the new olympic there were 20000 applications. Aegean had really fu**ed up with their pilots as they had treated them like crap. Low Salaries, other people getting credit from other people's work. And the salary part, the pay may not be much higher but the benefits are much better. And rest asured that the flight attendants salary is more than 1000 after tax. Only Aegean does such a thing.
ANd i do not mean to be mean but im sick of people saying Marfin looked unproffesional etc etc etc. People say they are unproffesional, too simple, not doing their job well etc etc etc. I have seen the directors, spoken to one of the executive officers at Marfin and they have been sick of al the lies. And i have seen their work and it is not crappy.
 
I dont know anything about Marfin but I did not like the interview. I have done the Aegean interview as well and I must say that the Aegean was more professional.
It was basicly to simple and they must have found that personality test on the internet because it was a joke.
I had to travel from another country in Europe and for what. I mean I don¨t even know if you even can call it a interview. The interview questions came basicly from a representative from Marfin and he is not even a pilot. He actually told me that I am to calm to be a pilot. How stupid comment is that???
Something that suprised me was that they did not say anything about the new company or even ask me if I had any questions. I found it a bit uncivilized.

I know the conditions in Aegean are not good thats why I am not working there but to be honest I think the Marfin/Olympic is going to follow Aegeans foot steps with salaries and benefits. i think maximum 500eu difference in salary.

I think Aegean is going to have a tough time in a few months when it will lose almost all of their pilots. I wonder what their plans are.

Καποτε, ο Κος Βγενοπουλος ειχε διευκρινισει οτι ...." Η ΜΙG διαβεβαιώνει ότι οι συνεντεύξεις όλων των υποψηφίων θα γίνουν με κανόνες πλήρους διαφάνειας, αξιοκρατίας και ισονομίας "......Αυτο φυσικα δεν ισχυει.... Δυστυχως, απο τους νεους υποψηφιους υπαλληλους που καλεσαν και ηδη προσληφθηκαν, ενα μεγαλο ποσοστο απλως -οπως παντα- ειχαν τις "παρεμβασεις τους" .... το προσωπικο της MIG "αδιαφορησε" (με εντολες που τους δοθηκαν φυσικα) για ανθρωπους του κλαδου με χρονια προυπηρεσια και με αξιολογα προσοντα και δεν ειχε τα καταληλα προσοντα να αξιολογησει σωστα το βιογραφικαa. Υφισταμενο προσωπικο της Marfin Egnatia Bank σε διαφορες θεσεις προσληφθηκε για θεσεις της νεας ΟΑ εντελως "ασχετες"..... Η Marfin τακτοποιησε το δικο της προσωπικο πρωτα και αλλους με τις γνωστες "παρεμβασεις" κυβερνητικων στελεχων.....
 
σε σταθμο που γνωριζω δεν εδιωξαν κανεναν εποχικο παλιο,και οι αρχαιοτεροι εγιναν αοριστου.. :banana:
 
Κύριες και κύριοι δεν ξέρω αν κάποιος το έχει δει, αλλά αξίζει μία ματιά για τους ενδιαφερόμενους ίσως η 1η ανακοίνωση πρόσληψης ως Olympic Air :rolleyes: :

Και το domain για τα email στην εν λόγω αγγελία είναι olympicair.aero
Το olympicair.com είναι πιασμένο, τα olympicair.gr και olympic-air.gr ανήκουν σε μια εταιρεία positron.gr από το 2005 (σημειώνω ότι η εν λόγω εταιρεία δεν είναι ο καταχωρητής που χρησιμοποιεί η υπάρχουσα ΟΑ οπότε μάλλον τα έχει πάρει για να βγάλει λεφτά).
Μόνο το olympic-air.com ανήκει στην σημερινή Ολυμπιακή...
 
Τελικά, μήπως γνωρίζει κανείς ποιός έχει αναλάβει Corporate Safety Director στην Olympic Air?
