"The Next Step" - Pilot Recruitment and Training Seminar

In a continuous effort to increase new pilot awareness and assist new and potential commercial pilots in Greece, Egnatia Aviation is organising the above seminar in association with Bond Aviation Solutions (http://www.bondaviationsolutions.com).

The seminar contents will include:
• The European pilot recruitment market
• Writing a good pilots CV
• Ability and personality testing - a guide
• Succeed at that important interview
• “The Next Step”

The seminar will be delivered, in English, by Mr Roger Ware, Astraeus Senior First Officer, Training First Officer and Pilot/Airline Recruitment Specialist.

Bond Aviation Solutions and Egnatia Aviation staff will be available to answer any questions. The seminar will be free.

Βάλτε το όπου νομίζετε. Η προσωπική μου γνώμη είναι ότι ανήκει εδώ, μόνο του, διότι:

- δεν είναι εκδήλωση γενικού ενδιαφέροντος αλλά άμεσα σχετική με το Επάγγελμα Αεροπορία και την εκπαίδευση
- Δεν είναι πληροφορίες για την σχολή – αυτή απλώς το οργανώνει για όλους και όχι μόνο για τους μαθητές της

Το σημαντικό για μένα είναι να το πληροφορηθούν όσοι ενδιαφέρονται και να έχω ένα feedback για να οργανωθεί σωστά.

Κατ' αρχήν δεν νομίζω ότι το post μου δείχνει ότι είμαι απαθής σε τέτοια θέματα. Και γενικά η όλη εικόνα μου στο φόρουμ δεν το έχει δείξει αυτό, αλλά ούτε και το φόρουμ γενικότερα έχει δείξει αδιαφορία σε οποιοδήποτε θέμα. Αν εσύ κατάλαβες ότι δεν υποστηρίζουμε τέτοιες προσπάθειες, λυπάμαι αλλά βρίσκεσαι σε λάθος φόρουμ.

Την παρατήρηση ότι:

δεν καταλαβαίνω από που την εξήγαγες! Το συγκεκριμένο θέμα όπου και να γραφόταν θα είχε εξ' ίσου το ίδιο ενδιαφέρον. Εκτός αν εσύ διαβάζεις μόνο την κατηγορία "Επάγγελμα Αεροπορία" και καμμία άλλη. Καλά κάνεις και εκθειάζεις την σπουδαιότητά του (γιατί είναι όντως ένα πολύ σημαντικό σεμινάριο) αλλά δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί ζητώντας να μπει σε άλλο τόπικ, μειώνω την αξία του σεμιναρίου. Από το ποστ μου κατάλαβες ότι θέλω να κρύβω τέτοιου είδους θέματα? Αν ήταν έτσι θα του έβαζα μια κλειδαριά ή θα το έσβηνα. Εγώ ως moderator λοιπόν, κρίνω αλλά η κρίση ανήκει και σε όλα τα μέλη του φόρουμ, είτε ποστάρουν στο συγκεκριμένο topic, είτε απλά το διαβάζουν.
Το συγκεκριμένο θέμα παραμένει ανοικτό σε όποιον θέλει να παραθέσει κάτι για το σεμινάριο. Οι πληροφορίες και οι λεπτομέρειες, όμως, του σεμιναρίου, για όποιον πραγματικά ενδιαφέρεται, θα δοθούν πιο κατατοπιστικά από την ίδια τη σχολή, με απευθείας επικοινωνία. Το ότι δεν γράφει κανείς απο κάτω δε σημαίνει απαραίτητα ότι δεν ενδιαφέρεται κιόλας. Απλά μπορεί να θεωρεί ορθότερο να επικοινωνήσει με τη σχολή για τις απορίες του. Και κατά τη γνώμη μου αυτό είναι και το πιο σωστό.

Το ότι έμαθες για το σεμινάριο από το φόρουμ είναι σίγουρα θετικό για εμάς. Όμως το ότι είσαι μαθητής της σχολής και το έμαθες από το φόρουμ και όχι από την ίδια τη σχολή πρέπει να προβληματίσει εσένα και όχι εμένα. Δεν θέλω να υπονοήσω κάτι για τη σχολή. Οι υπεύθυνοι της σχολής μπορεί να πόσταραν την ανακοίνωση του σεμιναρίου με το που κλείστηκε και πριν ακόμα την ανακοινώσουν στους μαθητές. Αυτό δεν μπορώ να το ξέρω...

Τελικά νομίζω ότι κάτι κατάλαβες λάθος και ελπίζω με τις απαντήσεις μου να στο έδωσα να το καταλάβεις. Η απάντηση του georgez στο post μου για το που έπρεπε να μπει, ήταν ξεκάθαρη και σωστή. Γι' αυτό και τελικά δεν μετακινήθηκε το topic.

Η Εγνατία CONFIG2 χρησιμοποιεί την Αγγλική παντού, ακόμα και μέσα στην σχολή από ότι έχω καταλάβει. Μπορώ να φανταστώ διάφορα αστεία σκηνικά μέσα στη σχολή μεταξύ Ελλήνων μαθητών, αλλά δεν λέω τίποτα γιατί θα βγώ πάλι κακός χωρίς να το θέλω. Cheers !
