Passengers are without a direct Tube link to Heathrow's Terminal 4
for 20 months, due to a new line extension for Terminal 5.
Since January 7, London Underground Piccadilly line trains will not go
beyond Hatton Cross. Customers have to take a shuttle bus from
Hatton Cross to Terminal 4.
Services to the Heathrow Terminal 1, 2 and 3 station are not affected.
The journey should only take about five minutes longer than before,
while trips to Terminal 1, 2 and 3 will be slightly quicker.
