"An Air France passenger jet with 215 people on board is missing after dropping off radar over the Atlantic off the coast of Brazil this morning, an airport official in Paris said today.
Air traffic control lost contact with the flight at 0600 GMT shortly after it took off from Rio de Janeiro bound for Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris, the AFP news agency reported."
